Goenki - Shinran Shonin's 750th Anniversary, May 17-19, 2011

The 750th Year Anniversary for Shinran Shonin, the founder of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism, will be celebrated in Kyoto, Japan at Higashi Honganji headquarters on May 17-19, 2011.

The celebration will be a 3-day event, including an optional 7-day tour of Japan. Preparations are underway and we encourage all interested parties to make your plans in advance to join us for this historic event. Please contact the temple office for further details.
